My mom and dad always carried an important lesson that has helped me through life, which is to do the work and be prepared for the challenges that come with said work.

This past weekend was one of the busiest weekends I've ever had with not only a race at Watkins Glen International in New York, but also a stage check to go along with it. So I did only one of the races and then rushed back home in time to take my flight exam. Passing both the stage check and then making podium is easily one of the best weekends I could ever ask for. So in terms of flight I'll be able to fly solo and then on top of that I get to continue my training. In terms of racing, I got to prove myself on a new track and Open Throttle was impressed with how I ran.

I would like to thank Open Throttle Trackdays for giving me the chance to run and to be able to start the race, I wanted to help set up the car well for a good finish and I'm happy we were able to bring home two podium finishes. I love the culture and the team spirit that comes with it. I wanna give World Racing League a shootout as well since it was the first time running at Watkins Glen, I absolutely enjoyed the track and want to come back as soon ad possible.

For the time being, I'm gonna take some time to focus more on flying, the Sebring race in November would've been next but I want to make more progress in my flight training. I will be there for the final round at COTA and possibly do one more race in December but November will be for flying only. Perhaps I may do something different for November if the time allows it but we'll see. Until then, it's back to the simulator and back to school, but I'll post some things. Take care!
