2024 WRL Championship
First race at THE historic track, Circuit of The Americas, was a rain race on Saturday, and a tough one with its own challenges on Sunday. We persevered, finished second both days of 18 entries, and secured the GP2 national championship for Open Throttle Racing.
Already talking about what next season will look like. Going to dust the Spec Miata off, do some updates/repairs, and get back in SCCA but also.. we are doing World Racing League again. The team we are with is one of the most competitive, and we think we can take this further in the next class up.
Happy with the results. Just three years ago racing cars was a dream with no viable path.. now it's figuring out which path makes the most sense.
